Cancellations and Refund Policy

At Treatment2You, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation and refund policy in place.

1. Cancellations

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged up to the full session fee.

  • If you are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — we may waive the fee at our discretion.

 

2. Late Arrivals

  • If I arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

  • The full fee will still apply.

 

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only available if a cancellation is made in line with this policy.

  • Pre-paid sessions or gift vouchers are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another person (with notice) or rescheduled within the valid time period.

  • If Treatment2You must cancel your appointment (e.g., due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
