Welcome to Treatment2You. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules for using our website and booking our massage therapy services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms.

 

 

1. Appointments & Bookings

• All treatments are subject to availability.

• To secure your booking, we may require contact details and/or payment information.

• Please provide accurate information about your health, medications, and any injuries so we can deliver safe and effective treatments.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Refunds are only issued in line with our cancellation policy.

3. Late Arrivals

• If I arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

• The full session fee will still apply.

 

4. Health & Safety

• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. We may decline treatment if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable for your health.

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or changes to your health before your treatment.

• If you are pregnant, receiving medical treatment, or have concerns about massage, please seek advice from your GP before booking.

5. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of booking or on the day of your appointment.

• We accept cash, card, contactless or online payments.

 

6. Code of Conduct

• Our services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future bookings.

• Respectful behaviour is expected from both clients and therapists at all times.

 

7. Website Use

• The content on our website (including text, images, and branding) is owned by Treatment2You and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

• While we aim to keep our website accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee that all information will always be error-free.

 

8. Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and wellbeing, Treatment2You is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after treatments, except in cases of proven negligence.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
